Aggregated main logic. Real projects add error handling, retries and logging around every step.

The problem

Once you run several agents, they duplicate work and lose context - unless they can coordinate like a team.

  1. Every agent has a name, a mailbox and a clear lane of responsibility.
  2. Messages have types - request, reply, FYI, handover, broadcast - so intent is never guessed.
  3. If an agent is offline, mail waits in its mailbox; if it is replaced, mail is forwarded to its successor.
  4. People watch a read-only mirror and an overview of agents, threads and projects; rules and settings are managed centrally.
